A little update on the kids:
Ella is doing wonderful and is growing into a little beautiful girl. I recently had to trim her bangs and I feel she looks so much older. She enjoys playing with her friends in the church nursery twice a week, and loves to play with her sisters (why do I feel like I am writing a personal add for my daughter??). She knows a ton of letters ( like D for daddy and P for poppa) and has tried counting from 1 to 5 which usually ends up 1,2,3,4,9. Her vocabulary has grown immensly these past few weeks becoming a little chatty Cathy.
Cara is crawling around everywhere and has decided she will finally sit up. She is still a little wobbly but I am sure her stability will start increasing soon. She enjoys her food now that they are on solids. She is nearly comparable to her twin sister in size which we all thought would never happen! No teeth yet, but I am sure they will be popping up soon.
Lily has been sitting for quite awhile now, but no rolling or crawling yet. She has begun to tolerate her 'tummy' time alot better and will try to move except she doesn't seem to get far..at all. She isn't into solids too much, but she will eat them if she likes that certain kind. Trying to keep her hands down from the spoon isn't easy but she enjoys the playtime she gets.
We haven't been to the Drs. in a few months, so I do need to make their appointment soon. I don't have any stats as far as weight or anything, but they are growing and that is all that matters!
Derek had a promotion a few weeks ago to apprentince and he is loving getting his hands dirty again. His immediate boss has given him a few 'attaboys' so that is super encouraging to him. His hours are long which makes him tired when he comes home but he has risen to the challenge!
Myself. Well, I will be starting as a Freshman this fall at our local community college. I will be taking 13 credit hours which means I will be full time. I was able to get two online courses, Introduction to Psychology and Mathematics for Health Sciences. I will be going two nights a week for Anatomy & Physiology at the main campus and English Composition one night a week at a local high school. I plan on studying with hopes of being a nurse. I know it's alot to take on but I know that I can do it!!
